基本描述：

阿爾瑪藍(lán)（Alamar Blue）是一種細(xì)胞增殖檢測(cè)試劑，對(duì)各種人和哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞、細(xì)菌和真菌提供一種快速和敏感的細(xì)胞增殖和毒性檢測(cè)方法。

阿爾瑪藍(lán)（Alamar Blue）是一種基于刃天青（resazurin）的檢測(cè)試劑。刃天青作為一種一種氧化還原（REDOX）指示劑，根據(jù)細(xì)胞代謝還原情況發(fā)生顏色變化。氧化態(tài)的刃天青呈紫藍(lán)色且基本無(wú)熒光，其還原態(tài)產(chǎn)物試鹵靈（resorufin）轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉奂t色且高度熒光，產(chǎn)生的熒光強(qiáng)度與呼吸活細(xì)胞數(shù)量呈正比。通過(guò)檢測(cè)呼吸過(guò)程中氧化水平，阿爾瑪藍(lán)用作一種定量檢測(cè)細(xì)胞活力和毒性的直接指示劑。阿爾瑪藍(lán)的顏色變化可通過(guò)普通分光光度計(jì)檢測(cè)吸光度變化，檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為570nm，參考波長(zhǎng)為600nm；阿爾瑪藍(lán)的熒光變化可通過(guò)熒光光度計(jì)檢測(cè)，激發(fā)波長(zhǎng)在530~560nm之間，發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)為590nm。

檢測(cè)原理：（細(xì)胞增殖實(shí)驗(yàn) Cell proliferation assay））

※ 生長(zhǎng)中細(xì)胞引起Alamar Blue的化學(xué)還原反應(yīng)；

※ 持續(xù)性細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)維持還原環(huán)境，使得Alamar Blue呈紅色，發(fā)強(qiáng)熒光；

※ 生長(zhǎng)受抑制維持氧化環(huán)境，使得Alamar Blue呈藍(lán)色，無(wú)熒光；

※ 使用基于熒光或吸光值檢測(cè)的儀器收集數(shù)據(jù)；

※ 熒光檢測(cè)的激發(fā)波長(zhǎng)為530~560nm之間，發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)為590nm；

※ 吸光值檢測(cè)的波長(zhǎng)為570nm，參考波長(zhǎng)為600nm；

保存方法：

室溫12個(gè)月穩(wěn)定，2-8°C保存20個(gè)月穩(wěn)定；避光保存；
